To ease the waters weighing on your brain.
Try opening your mouth to let it drain.
A solo debriefing.  A one-to-one.  Monologue.
If that doesn't help, try writing it out.
Then perhaps this will cause you a drought.
And if this doesn't work take some pills, you insomniac .
